 Here is my 3 day fishing license when we went to Sarasota the last time.
I had a great time fishing off the back of True Grit.
Stephen would fish with me for a while but then he would have to go do something
else. I caught several different fish during the day and had a great time fighting
them with my ultralight tackle. I also had a lot of fun fishing for seacats late in
the afternoon. They really put up a struggle. |
 Here is
Stephen with one of his catches of the day. I have no idea what kind of fish it is
and Chuck was not around to tell us so we just chunked it back in the bay. We are
standing on the back deck of True Grit in this picture but we were on the lower loading
deck when we caught this monster. We had to climb the ladder to the upper deck so we
could pose for this shot. |
 Here is a picture of one of those huge sea cats. Stephen
really liked reeling these in because he knew what they were. As you can see he
still isn't real sure about having a fish that close to him. He preferred to keep
his eyes on the fish rather than on the camera. He was really relaxing and enjoying the fishing though. If you will look closely you will see that he is in his underwear. He was what you would call "footloose and fancy free." |
